 The Development Services staff in the Special Areas seek to provide a comfortable and straight forward experience for our developers when processing or development  or subdivision applications. The Special Areas staff, as well as Palliser Regional Municipal Services staff, can provide guidance and information on regulations that will help the developer make informed choices.

The Special Areas Land Use Order provides that any person claiming to be affected by a decision of the Development Officer may appeal to the Development Appeal Board by serving written notice of appeal to the Secretary within 14 days.
