Mental Health & Emergencies

It’s ok to not be ok.

Emergencies take a toll on everyone, from front line responders to those directly impacted to everyone helping after. If you or someone you know needs help, there is confidential help available.

The Alberta Mental Health Help Line 1-877-303-2642 is available 24/7 to anyone. Closer to home, Family Community Support Services (FCSS) offices have resources for you and your family to use when coping with emergencies and trauma.
