Campground fees increasing July 1 – Special Areas Board

Campground fees increasing July 1

Fees for camping at all Special Areas municipal parks will be increasing on July 1, 2020. Rates have not changed since 2018, when unserviced site fees increased from $12.50 to $15.00 per unit per night. Rates for serviced sites at various parks have not increased for many years, despite rising costs related to park operation, capital improvements, and other services.

For more information on Special Areas Parks & Campgrounds, go to the Parks page.

For current park information, including updates on availability and sites, contact the SAB Parks Line at (403) 779-3733. This telephone line is not staffed; however, pre-recorded updates are available on Prairie Oasis Park and Blood Indian Park. This information is regularly updated throughout the season.
