For the 2021 season, producers can purchase 2% liquid strychnine concentrate from their local District Office. This product is only available to agricultural producers located within the Special Areas. Producers are limited to 2 cases of 2% liquid strychnine concentrate at the discretion of the Ag. Fieldman.

Producers are encouraged to complete strychnine request forms in advance to streamline the pickup process at District Offices. Request forms are available at https://forms.specialareas.ab.ca/forms/strychnine.

Local District Offices can be contacted during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:15 am-noon, 1:00 pm-4:30 pm):

Accepted forms of payment include cash, cheque, or debit and is required at time of pick up. Producers will be able to order 2% liquid strychnine until August 1, 2021 for the 2021 season.
