Scam Alert – Text Message Phishing

There has been a recent increase in fraudulent / phishing text messages that seem to be from the Special Areas.

The Special Areas Board does NOT send text messages to anyone! If you get one, it’s a scam.

1. Do NOT click on any links or respond to these messages.

2. Block and delete the message and / or report it as SPAM to your cell phone provider.
