17 Mar Public Hearing Notice – Proposed Advertising Order
The Special Areas Board is holding a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8 at 2:00 pm in Oyen, AB at the Oyen Seniors Recreation Centre (310 – 2 St. W.).

This new document outlines how the Special Areas Board shares information about things like ministerial orders, resolutions, meetings, public hearings and other statutory advertisements. This public hearing will give any person adversely or otherwise affected by the proposed Advertising Order an opportunity to address the Board directly. Time limit of oral presentations is subject to the Chair’s discretion.

Written submissions must be received by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Written comments will be presented publicly to the Board at the above hearing date. Written comments and suggestions are invited and can be submitted via email to public.input@specialareas.ab.ca or by mail to:
