29 Sep Payments during Canada Post Mail Strike

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers issued strike notice on Friday, September 26. Normal delivery of Special Areas Board invoices and materials has been interrupted.
It remains your responsibility to ensure payments are made by the due date.
To avoid late penalties:
- Pay online: set up online payments through your financial institution
- In-Person: Visit your local district office and pay in person
2025 Tax payments are due on November 15, 2025.
If you are expecting a cheque from Special Areas, you may pick up your cheque at your local district office during regular business hours. Please contact your office first to ensure the cheque is available for pick-up, or to discuss alternate delivery options.
If you are expecting an invoice, like monthly water billing, tax certificates, web title searches, we will be sending these by email.
