07 Jun Requests for Proposals – Purchase of old Homestead Coulee Grader shop
Special Areas is requesting proposals for the purchase of the old Homestead Coulee Grader shop located at 15276 Hwy 570 on SW 3-27-15-W4 at the intersection of Hwy 862 and Hwy 570.

The intention of the sale of this building is to have the purchaser prepare and move the shop off the current location as a whole, or demolish and clean up debris and salvage any and all material to leave the current old shop location to bare ground.
Site visits are welcome. A scheduled site visit is planned for Monday, June 13 from 10 am to 2 pm. Please contact Ryley Girletz, Facilities Manager, to confirm attendance.
